Happy Thursday everyone! How have you been doing this week? I am so excited to share with you a change in my bullet journaling routine! I don’t use this planner at the moment, but in the past I have used a daily bullet journal. When I do, I feel like I get so much more done, and I have so much more space to write all my thoughts. I wanted to share with you some of the quotes I add to my journal pages, which give me a little inspiration every time I look at them. With a daily spread, I give every day its own page, which means I have been using a lot more space. This makes me feel even more on top of my life.
For example, I would add my meal plan, my top priorities, my to-do lists, and my bests and worsts of every day. The “bests and worsts of the day” is something a little bit weird for me, but I decided to try it to make me more in tune with myself. With these, I am obligated to reflect on my day at least once daily, where before I hardly ever did that. This is so helpful to me because I often have a hard time slowing down, and I always just want to go, go, go! It is so crucial in life that you take some time to think about what makes you happy, and what makes you upset, even if it’s only for five minutes a day.
In my daily journal based, I always add a quote of the day. Below I have posted a few of my quotes from daily spreads, Sometimes I use my “Quote of The Day” and sometimes I just think of my own quote:)
